Jinxin (Qingyuan) Paper Co., Ltd. is located in the High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Qingyuan City, Guangdong. The plant was built by 益达 China in 1995 with a total investment of 300 million RMB and today delivers an annual output of 100,000 tons of paper products. It is one of the leading producers of office paper in South China.
The company received ISO9001 quality management system certification in 1998, ISO14001 environmental management system certification in 2000, Ten by China central logo certification (China environmental labeling product certification certificate) in 2010. The company was also certified as a high-tech enterprise in 2011 and rated as A-level taxpayer in 2012, and granted PEFC (forest supervision chain management system) certification in 2015 as well. The "Canary" and other series of products won the "products with reliable quality certified by the national authority" of China Quality Certification Standards Association in 2002 and the title of "Famous Brand Products of Guangdong Province" in 2005.
